Nepal Climbs in FIFA Ranking

Nepal recently qualified for the AFC Challenge Cup 2010 Group D. Nepal played three matches against; Sri Lanka, North Korea and Afghanistan. 
Nepal´s English coach Graham Roberts lauded the team´s effort. “Our target was to qualify for the final stage and we did it,” the former Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur player in the English Premier League said. “We are not as weak as we were sometimes labeled. The boys fulfilled their duties well in the qualifiers.” 

Another GOOD news is that Nepal has climbed 22 places up to 150th in FIFA ranking. World-Cup winner Spain has retained the first position. Nepal beats Bangladesh (166), Pakistan (168) and Sri Lanka (173). Keep it up bwaiich!
