British Footy Team To Tour Nepal

Pictured above is tour organizer Owen Amos (left) and Andrew Fagg of the Richmond Mavericks FC, a non-league football side that are heading over to Nepal on the 10th of May for an end-of season tour. The team was set to travel last year, however the plan was prematurely cut short due to the Icelandic volcanic eruptions.

The team is set to play four matches in Nepal:

May 12th (29 Baishak), APF Ground, Kathmandu, versus New Road Team
May 14th (31 Baishak), ANFA Academy Ground, Butwal, versus Rupandehi XI
May 16th (2 Jesth), Pokhara Stadium, Pokhara, versus Kaski XI
May 19th (5 Jesth), APF Ground, Kathmandu, versus APF

Sounds sweet, football bringing together people. For more on this hit the GoalNepal site.
