Few adverts which keep popping up are for the booming real estate in Kathmandu. People who’ve just been to Kathmandu have told me that land prices and also the house prices has gone up incredibly. As Nepal goes through urbanisation with many moving in from rural areas, the city is finding ways of accomodating its citizens.
Many developers have come out with apartments/flats and colony housing aimed at various segments of the market.
