Die Nepal Bandh Die

2009 saw round about a total of  1200 bandh events, nationwide. But who is even counting? We’ve had enough of picking-and-probing into the matter. The whys and hows are no longer relevant. After all, what can possibly justify the arrest of a whole nation?
Ujwal Thapa has started a group in Facebook, appropriately named ‘DIE, Nepal Bandh DIE’. The main objective of the group is to protest against bandhs in a
non-violent, thought-provoking manner. The latest has been to get all members to change their profile pictures into a ‘Ban Nepal Bandh’ logo.

That was my little effort – Lets Educate our Family/Friends our countrymen to steer away from the Bandha Culture and lets look at ways where we can reconcile and find solutions in peace.
