One of the most successful 5 star hotel of Kathmandu, Soaltee Hotel has bid farewell to Oberoi Hotels Pvt Ltd that sold it’s entire 6.84% stake at the hotel. It is said that as much as 1,020,144 shares worth Nrs 142.82 million under Oberoi’s ownership was sold to Nepali firm Sibkrim Land and Industries of the NE Group on Tuesday.
