The Pashupati Paints managing director spoke to SPACES magazine (February 2013) where he talked about the importance of being organized and being productive. Murarka who hails from Lahaan, Siraha has been working in the family business which his brother established. The Murarka Group, a leading industrial group of Nepal also believe strongly in supporting the community. They have donated the Murarka Hospital in Siraha to the government of Nepal and the group have also established Murarka Campus in Siraha.
