Now here’s a short film that seems to have completely dropped out of my radar at the time of it’s YouTube release! This is MA NEPAL JANCHU by Yuva Arts (Australia). The short film which has been directed by Arpan Regmi has collected over 55,000 views in less than a month and over 500 LIKES! That can only mean one thing – CLICK PLAY!

I enjoyed the film very much. A very honest story and the cover of Eh Kancha by Shreya Rai fits perfectly into the scene.

SYNOPSIS 

Ma Nepal Jaanchu is about a Nepalese guy living abroad and drowning in the guilt of not being there for his country which has been struggling with political and economic issues. His patriotism is challenged by his responsibilities and insecurities.
