What’s It Like To Parkour in Nepal – VIDEO

Parkour has been popularized by films such as The Bourne Ultimatum and Casino Royale and even MTV joined the ship with the Ultimate Parkour Challenge TV show in 2009. Whilst various media and forms of storytelling platforms continue to use parkour in different forms, a small group of enthusiasts in Nepal have also taken interest in this style of sport. Since the past three years Parkour Association of Nepal have been getting together to practice their skill as well as involving keen enthusiasts.

The passionate group have shown consistency with continuous improvement (through video observation) since the beginning. Some very interesting and what seems like risky flips too! I am pretty sure the passer-by’s are amused and slightly confused by the parkour that’s happening around them too.

They definitely need to be featured in a music video! It would be a perfect way of capturing their skills as well as exposing parkour to a wider audience in Nepal. Might I add, don’t try this at home.
