YouTuber Aayush Rimal Donates Nrs 1 Lakhs To Help Nepal Network

As I sit here and write this post, I can already predict some comments that will say “Aayush Rimal only donated the money after seeing the backlash from the Meet & Greet event”. There really seems to be no pleasing with people, which is okay I guess. It’s the differences in views and opinions that makes the world what it is. So here I go! The YouTuber who’s back in USA made a generous donation of Nrs 1 Lakhs towards Help Nepal Network charity founded by Rabindra Mishra.

Aayush Rimal’s Meet and Greet in Kathmandu drew many contrasting opinions because of the Nrs 250 rupees fee. The YouTuber also collaborated with Edushala on a workshop where the young sensation spoke about being visible on YouTube and various skills that he has acquired to be the popular YouTuber that he is today. One person online wrote, no one will donate Nrs 1 Lakhs for the sake of being criticized. I definitely agree with that.

फोटमा देखिएका किशोर आयुष रिमालले अमेरिकाबाट नेपाल आउँदा आफ्ना ‘फ्यान’हरूसँग टिकटमा भेटघाट गरेर उठेको रकम हेल्प नेपाल नेटवर्कलाई सहयोग गर्ने बताएपछि मैले उनको बारेमा अलि बढी जान्न चाहेँ।

दुई वर्षअघि अमेरिका गएका रिमालले यस पटक काठमाण्डू आउँदा फ्यानहरूलाई पैसा तिराएर उनीहरूसँग भेट तर जम्मा भएको सबै रकममा अझ आफ्नी आमासँग थप रकम मागि रू एक लाख पुर्याएर हेल्प नेपाल नेटवर्कलाई सहयोग गरे।

उनले सडक बालबालिकालाई गएर खानाहरु पनि बाँडेछन्।

अहिलेदेखि नै आफ्नो सफलताको सानो अंश परोपकारमा लगाउने उनको सोचबाट को प्रभावित नहोला?

  1. As you said, you can’t please everyone….but then there are plenty of entertainment personalities who wouldn’t take fee for meeting them. In fact a lot of them will provide entertainment for free if it comes to that and the autographs and what not…. Based on number of views on Rimal’s youtube videos, it is fair to say he has made a good few bobs, and for a good cause, he could’ve just donated portion of that…. “meet and greet” fee?? that’s just taking advantage of his fans.
