Using My New Allocacoc audioCube!

The latest gadget that I’ve been playing around with is the audioCube by allocacoc. Now if you’ve kept up with the blog in the past then you may have read my previous blogpost on allocacoc PowerCubes. The European brand are known for their award winning cube design and the audioCube is no different. Whilst slightly heavy at 1.3kg, the audioCube is instantly eye-catching and perfect for when you have few friends over or when you’re on the road.

I recently used the audioCube during my travel to Croatia and I must say, the sound is perfectly loud thanks to it’s 360 surround sound experience (basically, it does the job!) which means that everyone will get to hear the music regardless of where you place the audioCube. There are two ways you can connect to the audioCube, our preferred way for us was to use our Bluetooth connection which worked without fault and another method is by opting to use the aux lead which comes boxed together.

Something that totally caught me off-guard and took me by surprise were the sounds that the audioCube makes when you turn it on and connect to a device. Amusingly, the product uses car-based notifications sounds so don’t be alarmed when you hear the sound of an engine revving when you first turn on the product.

In terms of battery life, a full three hour charge through the mains will give the audioCube power for up to 12 hours. Another important thing I must add is that the Bluetooth receiving distance is up to 10m.

You may have seen my Instagram Stories or Snapchat updates with the audioCube blasting some music! Nowadays we don’t just look for a speaker, we also look at the design and durability and if audioCube by allocacoc ticks your list then you can purchase it through different retailers in Nepal and in the UK.

Prices for the audioCube is around NRS 7500 in Nepal and you can get more info through alloCacoc Nepal Facebook Page. You can purchase the audioCube or other alloCacoc products through Amazon and Argos (and many more). The audioCube is priced at £49.99 on Argos website.
