The Solo Woman Travel Challenge 2017 is back and on the search for Nepali women who want to travel or who love to travel! The challenge which is currently on it’s third year is a travel grant competition that facilitates solo woman travellers in Nepal to explore the country. This year the organisers Nepali Travelers will be providing 15 Travel Grants (5 Full and 10 Partial) for independent travels across Nepal. The group have also announced “soloEUROPE”, an international travel grant that will support one Nepali woman to explore Europe for a month-long period.
The Solo Woman Travel Challenge supports strong, dynamic, charismatic women to defy the norm and set their own standards. Through the challenge, the organisers hope to change the way women see travel and how women travellers are seen. They have received nearly 200 applications already and the deadline is APRIL 5TH.
