The title of the post is totally true! Nepal’s national airline Nepal Airlines has finally started online ticketing. The airline which currently operates two Airbus A320 and an ageing Boeing 757 flies to Delhi, Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur, Doha, Hong Kong, Bengaluru and Dubai. The long-awaited revamp of Nepal Airlines will also see two wide-bodied Airbus A330 aircraft joining the fleet in 2018.
The addition of the two A320 has put the spotlight back on Nepal Airlines after a huge turnaround in the number of passenger movement by the airline. Of course, the rapid growth of Himalaya Airlines should be a wake-up call for Nepal Airlines. The private airline has three aircraft within one year of operation only.
