The tourists arrivals are up 33% (33,492) for February with growth in Chinese arrivals. This is due to an increase in accessibility between China and Nepal. Currently there are four airlines consisting of China Southern, China Eastern, Air China and Dragon Air flying to Nepal. Nepal Airlines also flies to Hong Kong and Beijing (i think, dont count on it). The aim of bringing in 1 Million tourists will probably not be met since even a record of 50,000 tourists a month wont make it a success. :S, am i getting this wrong? I just realised the goal is like higher than Mount Everest.
