Jharana Bajracharya and Priyanka Karki Heading To Hong Kong!!

Lights! Camera! Fashion! HONG KONG! 

Two Nepali beauties are all set to make their way to the capital of the east for THE RUNWAY, a fashion event by Sense of Click. The face of the Nepali showbiz scene PRIYANKA KARKI and the evergreen JHARANA BAJRACHARYA will be strutting their stuff on the runway at the Yak’n’Yeti in Jordan, Hong Kong. The event will be taking place on April 6, 2014 from 9PM to 1AM. In addition to the leading ladies from the Nepali entertainment scene, the fashion show will also be decked out with designs by celebrated names Subexya Bhadel and Swornim Rai.

Along with the pool of talent from Nepal, The Runway will also showcase designs by the evolving Hong Kong based Nepali fashion designer Maya Purja. Apart from Jharana and Priyanka, the rest of the models have been scouted from Hong Kong. Your host for the evening will be Miss Hong Kong Nepal 2012 Parina Subba.

The upcoming trip to Hong Kong will be a first for actress Priyanka Karki and she will also be performing on stage! She’s an amazing dancer and the audience are in for a treat!! Jharana who was last in Hong Kong for the filming of Pareni Maya Jalaima has fond memories of the city and the warm hospitality that the film crew received during their one month long stay. During her time in HK, Jharana also performed at a Nepali event. Speaking to me earlier, she shared she is very much looking forward to the upcoming event and meeting people out there.
