He’s the first Gurkha soldier to write his own autobiography and he recently made heads turn at the London Marathon on Sunday (13 April) when he ran the 26 miles marathon with a doko on his back. Former Captain Bishnu Bahadur Singh completed the London Marathon in 5 hours 45 minutes with 25 kilos load on his back. Singh was carrying his own books weighing a total of 25 kilos! What a way to promote your book aye! Good one!

He has raised over £2500 for ABF The Soldiers’ Charity.
