Subin Limbu Crowned Miss Nepal 2014

So Miss Nepal 2014 happened! I have no idea what really went down but following the updates from everyone and everywhere – I can confirm that Subin Limbu is Miss Nepal 2014! Limbu was joined by Prinsha Shrestha as Miss Nepal Earth and Sonie Rajbhandari as Miss Nepal International. Many have commented on Limbu’s win as breaking the spell of the Shrestha winners – the biggest beauty pageant of the country attracts comments of all sorts including repeated questions as to why majority of the winners and title winners happen to be Shrestha. ANYWAYS – this years Miss Nepal event took place at the Army Officers Club on May 2nd.

This years Miss Nepal also had popular models Aastha Pokharel and Rashmita Maharjan in the contest. Miss Nepal World 2013 Ishani Shrestha has stepped up to the plate and pushed Miss Nepal further into the spotlight after a TOP 10 position in Miss World and bagging the Beauty With Purpose title, this year will be an even more challenging year for the new Miss Nepal Subin Limbu!
