Preparation for the upcoming Mr and Miss Hong Kong Nepal 2015 is well under way! In this video by HK Nepal, you will see the contestants practicing for the upcoming competition. Looks like a very fit, muscular gentlemen will be taking the title for Mr Hong Kong Nepal this year. The ladies also seem to working up quite some pose! It looks as if the competition is quite focused on fitness and health. Not a bad thing!
