Thank you Instagram! Now we can finally think outside the square – the photo-sharing app will now let users share photos and videos both in portrait and landscape orientation on Instagram. Apparently, nearly one in five photos or videos people post aren’t in the square format. Well it’s lovely to see Instagram offering more for its millions of users.
So glad they did this – to be honest – it should’ve been done quite a while ago. Better late than never. Now I can go and delete the app “Squaready” (used to help me put my big photos fit into square lol). This probably means apps similar to that will be less downloaded 🙁 Shucks.
