Director Tulsi Ghimire is back with DARPAN CHHAYA 2!! Unfortunately, the original cast with Dilip Rayamajhi, Uttam Pradhan and Niruta Singh cannot be seen in the teaser and the recently released song. It has been so long since I’ve seen Niruta Singh on-screen!
The first Darpan Chhaya film by director Ghimire is remembered as one of the most successful “Super-Hit” Nepali films believed to have done a business of Nrs 70 million and bring out all-time hits including Lahana Le Jurayo Ki and Tyo Danda Pari! Whilst the second part is not a sequel to the former, it does carry a lot of expectations because of it being in the Darpan Chhaya family! Viewing the teaser has made me go hmm! It looks, okay. I guess I’ll have to wait till the theatrical trailer before I can form a better impression.
The song Aakashai Ma sounds pretty good though – actress Sahara Karki looks beautiful! Darpan Chhaya 2 will be releasing in March 2017!
