Trailrunner Mira Rai has been shortlisted in National Geographic’s ‘Adventurers Of The Year’. The former maoist rebel turned runner is in illustrous company with nine other incredible individuals. The People’s Choice can be made through a daily vote on the Nat Geo website until December 16, 2016! You have exactly nine days left to vote for Mira.
The winner will be announced in a ceremony in January 2017! Mira Rai is so close to winning the People’s Choice vote and your vote can make a difference. She has an incredible story and is still very much early on in her journey which just means that an opportunity, recognition like this will do so much more in opening new doors and opportunities on a global level.
