Saurya Airlines Receives Second Aircraft After Three Years

Back in November 2014 when Saurya Airlines made it’s maiden flight, the company announced that a second aircraft was to join its fleet within three months. Unfortunately, it’s taken the airlines a little longer than three months but Hey! Better late than never right? The airline finally received it’s Bombardier CRJ-200 series jet on Sunday.

Amusingly, the airline has said that it will add another aircraft within the next three months. Let’s hope it doesn’t take another three years for Saurya Airlines again. The jet airline is currently operating flights to Biratnagar, Bhadrapur and Nepalgunj. It plans to add flights to Dhangadhi and Bhairahawa once the second aircraft comes into operation. The new aircraft can carry 50 passengers.

I am actually very pleased to see this airline still in operation. I hope they introduce flights to nearby countries with the addition of their third aircraft.
