The annual international competition for gay men, MR GAY WORLD will see the participation of Nepal for the very first time. Manindra Singh known as Manil Singh winner of Mr Gay Handsome Nepal 2017 in December will be representing Nepal at the competition in Knysna, South Africa.
The 10th edition of MR GAY WORLD will take place in May as part of the Pink Loerie Mardi Gras and Arts Festival. The global contest takes place annually in a bid to find a spokesperson who can rise up to the challenge of representing the gay community and embracing the spirit of his nation. The 29 year old gay contest winner is an undergraduate student of Psychology and Social Work. Alongside his studies, Singh is engaged in LGBTIQ activism and serving as the Deputy General Secretary of Nepal Indigenous Nationality Student Federation.
