The Priyanka Chopra starrer MARY KOM is now in cinemas all over and here’s a photo that surfaced on Twitter!! The photo is of Priyanka Chopra, Sunil Thapa and his son Anmol Thapa at a special screening of the film in Mumbai! Sunil Thapa plays coach to Priyanka Chopra in the film. I watched the morning show of MARY KOM today and the film is brilliant! I hope many go to the cinemas to watch the story of MARY and how she repeatedly got back up on her feet and proved herself and the world what she was capable of! It’s a powerful film, a film that inspires and one that shows what a woman is capable of!
I am so thankful that Priyanka Chopra has steered clear of the Krrish types and acted in MARY KOM. She is the best in Hindi cinema and Mary Kom proves that. Ahh! Will be going to watch the film again. Also – apart from few people, a lot of people in the film look like they are from Manipur and have those facial features – which is great! I was a little worried that everyone in the film would look complete oppose to Mary or the people from Manipur.
